Lose-B4-40's Journal, 15 July 2009

Day 3 is going fine. Step aerobics class was rough this morning. Made grilled cheeses for lunch for my kids and could've eaten 12 of them! I'm surprised I have not had bad headaches since I am used to drinking 2 to 5 (or more) caffeinated beverages a day. I wonder how hard this would be to accomplish if I were working now. Might be easier without so much free time.
