I am back with the chocolate and sugar addiction!

Donuts and coffee are my downfall lately! Help! I need to come back to fatsecret more often!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Have you tried meal replacement bars? There are some good chocolate ones that are low in fat....

you know what your down falls are! that's half the battle. coffee's low in calories, just be careful with what you add in! something that helps me is not allowing myself to keep certain foods in my home. good luck!
