Still feeling punished from the full-body lifting yesterday...not sore yet, but it feels like that's coming.
150.3 lb Lost so far: 28.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1663 kcal Fat: 38.27g | Prot: 193.30g | Carb: 152.83g.   Breakfast: skim milk, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, raspberries, 100% Casein Protein Powder Gold Standard - Creamy Vanilla, coffee, quaker oats, Flaxseed Seeds, carlson fish oil, EB egg. Lunch: Beef Jerky, cucumber, Frozen Edamame - Organic Soybeans in Pods, Flavor & Fiber Bars - Banana Walnut, castle wood reserve herb roasted turkey. Dinner: bumble bee tuna. Snacks/Other: dymatize, fiber one, EB egg, pineapple, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Chobani), cocoa roast almonds, Beef Jerky. more...

Oh, but you will always beat me on body fat! ;-) Currently about 23%, will like to see it around 18% instead.
