I have been doing sooo good this week and I'm not losing any weight. In fact I was up a pound today. Ugh. I'm trying to stay positive but it's hard to be motivated when you are so good and not seeing the results you want. I know my problem is that I weigh every day. I should NOT do that, but I can't help myself. LOL! I have to tell myself that if I get through today and do well that eventually that number will go way down. It's so hard.

I agree with you! My husband and I started together, and he's dropping weight like it's nothing. Very frustrating to say the least. I wanted to be happy for him, but was upset that I was doing the exact same thing he was doing and the results weren't the same. Hang in there!

yes, hang in there. I know this may be hard to hear, but it's possible that you are at the weight your body is meant to be at...if you try to go under that, it will be difficult to take off, not impossible but much slower. When I was at 124, I couldn't take anymore off no matter how hard I tried. I gave up and gained it back, but looking back on it, I really was happy there but it's that darn number on that scale. Try to take measurements if you haven't already...just in case you are losing inches instead. Good Luck.
