I have stuck rigidly to my diet this week and on most days my calories have been well below the recommended amount - apart from yesterday when I treated myself to a couple of beers as we had friends round for dinner - but I still didn't go over my daily allowance, but was closer to the max!

It was my first weigh-in today and I have lost 3.5lbs! Yay! I do know that I am more likely to lose mre in the first couple of weeks, but I'm still pleased with myself!

144.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
