Haven't been focused and it's showing. Have started running again and am hoping to stick 6km three times a week. It's amazing what a little life thrown at you will do to the ol' routine. Feeling good and back at 'er today.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
