Vo2Max's Journal, 15 March 2015

I can already see that my resolve will be tested in these upcoming months. I'm never good in handling stress and often would eat mindlessly ending in a bad place.

We will be outsourcing work off and peers and friends that I worked with for a long time will lose their jobs and I can't even tell them it's coming. Not sure myself if I'm safe even. I just hope it would be quick so everyone could move on with their lives.

My plan of attack is to shut off from work cleanly everyday and manage stress by working out more. I will not let this situation defeat me but make me stronger instead.

Such an environment is difficult to work in, even if you can consider yourself safe for the time being. Continue to be strong in the face of this situation. I like that you are proactive, making a plan of attack to help protect yourself.
