I have not been on for a few days because I had a mild heart attack and was in the hospital. Next week will be a very busy week, my brother in law was found murdered in his home in Trenton. The police are releasing the body this week end and the funeral will be sometime in the middle of the week. I am trying to keep my stress down and my eating down to normal.

OMG, you have had a hard time, so sorry to hear all your news. This is such a stressful time and the temptation to comfort eat will be hard to resist. All I can say is try your best. Keep in touch and let us know how you're coping.
