Woooo Hoooo, Maybe I'm finally focused again! So excited. 7 lbs down in 2 weeks. Stopped counting carbs and started counting calories. Much easier, can eat anything I want, just smaller amounts if high calorie. Found out that veggies fill you better and low in calories. Example, I could eat about 4 cups of brocolli with a "little" butter compared to 1 cup of macaroni and cheese
Hoping to hit 155 by June
189.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
