Started my new "almost vegetarian" eating style. No more red meat, just fish, chicken and pork or veal.
Try this!!! See what happens. Started yesterday and weighed 204.5. Today, I'm 201.0
201.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.3 lb a week
