I know it's all water weight, but it still feels good to see those numbers go down. Got another hard day ahead. Father's Day dinner at the in-laws. Moderation is key.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
