I just arrived in Florida and I am getting myself back on track to keep my paleo diet. My weight is doing good, I lost a pound and I have not been 100% since I have been here.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
