No longer trying to eat the Atkins way. I still belive in it's effectiveness and health benefits. For me it became too limited in options, especially while away from the house. This new way of eating has been effective and easy to follow.

1816 kcal Fat: 56.65g | Prot: 127.24g | Carb: 251.48g.   Breakfast: Coffee, egg, natures own thin sliced bagel, oscar mayer fully cooked bacon, parkay spray. Lunch: Deli Turkey on Wheat Sandwich, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, unsweet iced tea. Dinner: chicken andouille sausage, wheat hot dog buns sara lee, blackberry, blueberry, orange, strawberry, yellow squash, zucchini, olive oil, garlic. Snacks/Other: great value salsa black bean and corn, scoops tortilla chips baked, rold gold tiny twists, Fritos jalapeno cheddar cheese dip. more...
