No longer trying to eat the Atkins way. I still belive in it's effectiveness and health benefits. For me it became too limited in options, especially while away from the house. This new way of eating has been effective and easy to follow.

1816 kcal Fat: 56.65g | Prot: 127.24g | Carb: 251.48g.   Breakfast: egg, Coffee, parkay spray, oscar mayer fully cooked bacon, natures own thin sliced bagel. Lunch: unsweet iced tea, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Deli Turkey on Wheat Sandwich. Dinner: chicken andouille sausage, wheat hot dog buns sara lee, olive oil, yellow squash, blackberry, blueberry, orange, strawberry, zucchini, garlic. Snacks/Other: Fritos jalapeno cheddar cheese dip, scoops tortilla chips baked, rold gold tiny twists, great value salsa black bean and corn. more...
