No longer trying to eat the Atkins way. I still belive in it's effectiveness and health benefits. For me it became too limited in options, especially while away from the house. This new way of eating has been effective and easy to follow.

1816 kcal Fat: 56.65g | Prot: 127.24g | Carb: 251.48g.   Breakfast: natures own thin sliced bagel, oscar mayer fully cooked bacon, parkay spray, Coffee, egg. Lunch: Deli Turkey on Wheat Sandwich, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, unsweet iced tea. Dinner: blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, chicken andouille sausage, wheat hot dog buns sara lee, orange, zucchini, garlic, olive oil, yellow squash. Snacks/Other: rold gold tiny twists, scoops tortilla chips baked, great value salsa black bean and corn, Fritos jalapeno cheddar cheese dip. more...
