I have been having problems with stress and junk food lately. I've noticed that these two come together. Got to go on a diet again. :(
122.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Life has been stressful lately, but I am going in vacation soon. I lost all the extra weight and some. I am sticking to my plan 80/20. :)
