I have become complacent in my weight loss, and it has stopped. I've been lying to myself and saying that I'm at a "set point" or that it's just a temporary stall. That's not true. I've lost focus. So I'm making a new commitment today. I'm restarting. I'm not waiting until tomorrow or even the end of the day. It starts right now. I can do this!
282.0 lb Lost so far: 111.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
