I have been training for a marathon so the diet portion of the equation has been out. (For some reason I crave fried chicken and all sorts of fatty goodness). When I'm running 40 miles a week I can get away with it, but if I do like I did last year. . . I will keep eating like a marathon runner doing half or less miles (and I wonder why I gained back 17 pounds after last years marathon?!?) You live and learn (I tend to fluctuate 10 to 15 pounds from spring to after the holidays anyway.) I need to eat healthier now as well (sigh).
