I have surpassed my immediate goal weight and I am delighted and excited. Taking a page from my cousin Carrol weight loss regimen, I doubled up on my workouts last week from 3 days to 6 days - sweating it out - which contributed to this week's rapid weight loss. I am gratified that it worked, showing positive results. I began a conscious effort eating protein in my diet yesterday, having a can of sardines mixed with sunflower seeds - it was very delicious. I still have some belly fat I would like to get rid of, so hopefully in the final 3 weeks of my diet, I would have shed the unwanted flab.
