How do you guys combat boredom eating?
I'm sitting in front of the tv, I'm not hungry but I'm craving something - anything!

I keep a crossword or word search book handy. Having something in my hands makes me feel like I'm doing something - even if I'm not actually doing the puzzle. Most times I'll just have the pen in my hand and the book held in my lap with the other hand and be watching the tv and/or talking to my family the whole time.
