Went to the local Healthy Lifestyles gym yesterday, got weighed in and was given a print out of the weigh in. My body fat is 27% which apparently is the same as a superfit person- just goes to show what a 25 minute walk there and back to the allotments and a bit of digging does for you. My total body water is way down though, I don't do water I don't like the stuff, so I have decided to drink water at the same time of the day every day to see if this makes a difference.
I haven't been to a gym for 8 years and forgotten how much I enjoyed it.

Absolutely fantastic... My BF% is 47% - despite the weight I have lost. Awesome...I am jealous. Did they tell you what you muscle % is?

Kay, it's lovely to see you again! I am so proud of you for getting to the gym and so happy you enjoyed it. Your body fat of 27% is amazing! Mine is much higher as I really haven't gotten much exercise lately. I agree you really should increase your water intake if you can.
