Scale popped back up about a lb it looks like, and i haven't exercised all week, but i've lost inches. going to try to walk today, it was a good habit until the heatwave, ankle sprain, and corporate visit... i also haven't been drinking my water the last few days. need to fix that today as well! had an iced coffee and giant diet coke yesterday and i was buzzed from the caffeine. crazy, when you have that stuff everyday you don't see its effects like you do after a few weeks pretty much without it
163.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
