Just started Push Circuit. Need to stick with it and diet
191.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

I have been exercising for over 30 years. I have done MANY programs throughout that time. I am a HUGE believer in HIIT programs. Quick programs that burn fat, increase cardio. and sculpt muscle.
