Ok, so, I didn't do too bad this week. Not doing the low carb anymore. I'm doing low calorie instead so I can pretty much eat what I want as long as I watch the calories. 4 lbs. gone this week. Now to stay focused.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
