Work is stressful, but I'm so busy I don't have time to think about eating. I got lunch at Panera today (smoked turkey and some veggie soup with pesto). I chose an apple instead of chips or bread. Anyway, I ate the apple later in the afternoon by itself...reminded me why I don't eat apples very often. Back in high school I used to grab an extra apple at lunch to have as a snack before sports practices started. They used to bloat me up and mess with my stomach...still the same. I'm farting like a maniac today.
