Only one 1000 calorie problem on Saturday in Texas, otherwise I've been doing great. Sad to see the scale isn't reflecting it, but I still feel great, and I haven't been hungry, even on the restricted caloric intake.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
