Wow I totally didn't meet my one pound per week this month. But I'm glad I didn't gain. most of the time I wasn't logging in my calories because I was traveling and valentine's day was my weakness with chocolates lol
173.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
