Up by 0.7 of a lb., but that is to be expected. Lots of crazy schedule changes and snow days make for poor food planning. On the up-side, I've started working out over the past couple weeks, so some of the weight gain may be due to some muscle gain.

Gaining muscle will definitely change your weight. Don't let it discourage you. Keep pressing forward and best of luck !! That muscle tone will help to burn fat.
