I leveled off a little this week. I knew it was coming but both kids start soccer next week and I run around with both teams. I can't stand to just coach from the sidelines. My tennis and kickball seasons also start next week so I will b getting in plenty of cardio now. Have a great weekend everyone.
197.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
