Well...I am finally back and man...I have to start all over. :(
I gained like 10 lbs from being at my Grandpa's place because they kept pushing food at me and I felt like I couldn't say no. It's my fault...I know that but man...having to start all over. *Sigh* Oh well. I will weigh in on Sunday and include pics and measurements. I am REALLY nervous about it. I was starting to feel really good about myself and now, that is in the toilet lol! Oh well...I am not going to let it defeat me. I have to just keep on pushing through.

It's just a minor setback and I will be able to workout this time around. I wasn't able to up there like I planned. I was going to jog but when I did, my shin splints acted up so I wasn't able to keep that up. I am hoping I can make some major headway this time. I am planning on implementing my grandpa's eating schedule. He usually has something small to eat when he wakes up and then had a mid morning snack at around 10 am. He will eat lunch around 12-1 and then eats dinner around 5-5.30. THEN...at around 8 he will have dessert which is usually sugar free. I am also planning on doing that as well...buying sugar free stuff because he has diabetes and I know I am pre-diabetic. This month, I am also going to be trying really hard to get checked for Celiac's disease. Anyhow, enough babbling from me!! :)

Well I am honestly going to start tomorrow but not officially tracking until Sunday. I have a lot of OCDs that don't really make much sense lol!

You can do it again. I bet you had a great time with grandpa. I'm sure it was worth it. Cherish those memories. I'm sure time at the dinner table was worth it! Welcome back!

I can understand. My mother-in-law spends her life in the kitchen. She's always trying to feed me and her son. The food is so high in EVERYTHING. My God...this woman seasons some meats with old grease from previously cooked meals. But for some reason...everything is lip-smacking, finger licking good. Straight Ole School cookin. But, after some time, we've learned to deal with hurting her feelings more often than not when we respectfully decline the food.
