So, I decided to just list out the things I need to get done and then complete them one by one. This way, I can look at my list and see everything I have completed and feel good about it.

I also decided that the stress is not going to make me do anything. I will make choices that benefit me absent any stress based decision. I will continue on my path of weight loss and if it works or fails, its on me and me alone. I am not going to blame anyone or anything. This is on me.

Now, let's go and succeed.

Thx HCB. Yeah, I think its a matter of just recognizing that stress should not drive you to do anything. When I start feeling stress, I am going to grab fruit, drink water and just chill. Gotta remember to just chill...
