I dragged myself to the gym today, although for the first time in a while, I didn't really want to be there. I did a bit of cardio and then headed out. I was exhausted yesterday after working out and I guess I just need a break. I think I will take the dog out for a walk in a few minutes.

Yesterday, I got several error messages trying to get dinner from the cookbook to my log, so when I didn't see my curry listed under dinner, I just filled in with food that looked similar. This morning, I noticed that I had managed to get the curry to my food log, only into breakfast rather than dinner. Since I inadvertently double-reported dinner, I suppose I could have that the ice cream with the kids! Probably best I didn't know that last night! :)
