weight loss kicking back in gear. I think my body has gotten used to increase of extra calories. Changed workout routine slightly as well to include some bodyweight exercises a few times per week. These will be for my short run days (20min interval running).
203.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
