Today was a good day, even though I didn't get "regular" exercise today. I am getting ready to go out of town for the weekend to a conference. The conference will be fun, but very tempting food wise. Trying to formulate a plan to stick with it. Wish me luck, will catch up with everyone on Sunday evening.
