Had a good run tonight, 31 minutes in total at about 5mph pace.
Did 20 minutes of resistance training too using some 20kg free weights.
This also included 40 lunges, 40 situps, 20 pushups, planks, 50 weighted twists, weighted shrugs and leans. I'm sure these all have proper names but I have no idea what they are :P
Had a really good 2nd day food wise. Still have 300 calories spare so gonna have a small supper now to round of my day nicely :)
