Down another 1.2 pounds! I'm wearing my black 14's today, I feel pretty good, I think people notice (though that's not why I'm losing, it's just an observation). My abs feel stronger from strengthening exercises. I have 2 big splurges coming up: Lunch at Mexican restaurant this Friday with a friend, and dinner at Italian restaurant with neighbors. I do plan to splurge and to drink, but I'm going to TRY not to OVER-splurge, if there's such a thing.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

LAST IS FIRST! Plan your night dinners and drinking first and subtract from you daily calories. Take it easy during the day. That will prevent you from going overboard. Also take an extra 1/2 hour walk each day above your workout routine. THIS WORKS!!!
