Should have not had the Popcorn at the movies last, but who are we kidding like that is going to happen. Maybe I should just quit going to the Movies, lol. I aloted for the calories and still stayed under, but that salt will get ya every time. Every body hope you have a good day and stay on track, just make it through Today!
217.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

popcorn is actually a really good snack to have, very low on calories...it's the butter that gets you.
