I used up my coconut oil...I miss it, it really helped any hunger. I also ran out of meat. I guess shopping is in order on my next day off. I can not wait until I am done with this graveyard job. To have a normal life again! I did not get to weigh myself on Sunday since I was still working. I'll be curious to see what happens with the scale this upcoming Sunday. I want to begin jumping again on the rebounder. My knee feels almost normal again. Lately I have been craving pizza! Get this... I hate pizza! I'll never understand that craving!
