Another 1 lb. loss! Hey everyone! Another day. Burr! I miss the West where it was warmer. Oh well! I feel that I am losing weight too slowly. I know that I should be happy because I am losing weight, but I would like to lose more than one pound a week. Good News for me-I am seeing one stomach, and the extra roil around my waist is disappearing. For all that is happening with my weight loss, I am extremely happy. Thank You God!~Ann

Song I recall, and you probably know, "Count your many blessings, name them ONE by ONE." You have done that in your post! And if you can continue a one pound per week loss, you will hit your goal weight by the end of May. Wow, what a NICE accomplishment. :) Just keep on keeping on, Buddy!!!!
