I'm so excited! I'm on my way to reaching my July mini goal! I feel great!

I'm planning a bike trip out to the beaches on Sunday, weather permitting. I'll ride in the rain, but they're calling for thundershowers, and that's were I draw the line.

I've got a mini stay-cation booked for next weekend. Four days off work. Four glorious days filled with biking and walking and swimming and reading!

Diet Calendar Entries for 09 July 2009:

Sounds Great. My tour training is going really well. I did 42 miles today. I need to get some pool time the legs are sore. In the last 3 days I've done 32, 26 and 42. That is getting really close to the mileages I want to be doing now all I have to do is add the trailer and gear weight to the bike and lengthen out the time I am in the saddle and I am ready to go....hope the rain stays away for you.
