OK... What is wrong with me? I am under 1200 calories almost every day but I cannot lose any weight...

Hi. I'm new to this site and watching calories, but everything I've read seems to say not to consistently stay below 1200 calories. It's not healthy. Maybe more seasoned members should weigh in on this, please. Your weigh ins look like a normal, sustainable loss. Are you incorporating exercise of any sort? Either way, good luck with your quest.

Your body will conserve and can even lose muscles if you eat under 1200 daily.

Thank you for your comments... I do not work out or anything but I bought a bike recently and am planning to going out biking this spring hopefully. You guys are right, I feel like I starve myself and it does not seem healthy. I think I will try getting a little more calories. Thanks again :)
