This is the first time I've ever lost weight without diet pills. But I've lost 8 pounds in five weeks, so I guess it is possible. I still have such a loooong way to go. Sigh.

1262 kcal Fat: 69.59g | Prot: 52.91g | Carb: 109.21g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), General Mills Cheerios. Lunch: Ragu Classic Alfredo Pasta Sauce, Pasta Roni Angel Hair Pasta with Parmesan Cheese. Dinner: Unsalted Butter Stick, Onions, Colby Jack Cheese, Souper Salad Green Bell Peppers, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Lean Ground Beef. Snacks/Other: Great Value Colby Monterey Jack Cheese, Butter, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten). more...
