After last night I feel like I've been hit by a truck, could only sleep about 4 hours. If this is how you feel when you step away from your diet then holy crap cant do that again. Time to be strong and stop the slippery slope I just threw myself on. I'm losing the weight and I never want to find it again. Lord help me!

Funny, I just commented on another journal entry about the slippery slope and here you are talking about it. Great minds... :)

I mostly get this feeling when I eat fried foods, or when I eat drastically lower or higher calories than I'm accustomed to. If you're lifting weights, this feeling could be coming from a lack of protein in your diet lately, not allowing your body to recover properly. Just a guess of course.

It happens. Don't beat yourself up. You're moving on and getting back on the wagon! Good luck!
