What a kick ass workout this morning I did Agility X 33 minutes of trying to have some agility moving and moving faster in different directions changing directions fun and tough.

Great Job. Maybe someday i can make myself get off my pillow in the am and get in a workout. I dream of working out, lol Does that count. :)
