I been having a hard time controlling what and how much I eat. I been feeling depressed abt life, where it seems like it's headed, thinking about my ex that I'm still in love with, n he keeps playing with my emotions. N this weight is just getting down on me. I just want to clear my head, have motivation to go to the gym, n push myself a little harder in order to get results.
