I been having a hard time controlling what and how much I eat. I been feeling depressed abt life, where it seems like it's headed, thinking about my ex that I'm still in love with, n he keeps playing with my emotions. N this weight is just getting down on me. I just want to clear my head, have motivation to go to the gym, n push myself a little harder in order to get results.
357.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 207.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can relate. I am kind of swaying back and forth on motivated...and then depressed...then motivated...then depressed. I'm trying to keep my chin up and stay focused, but it is hard. Here if you need someone to talk to... I just started weight watchers for the first time. I am tracking my food on my phone using the online app. Are you a member online or do you attend meetings or neither? What kind of physical activity do you do? I'm walking. I managed to do an hour yesterday and 30 minutes tonight. I walk very slow, but I keep at it.
