Thank you, Deb. Now if i ccan just quit yo-yo-ing! After two years of it sitting in a box since i moved, i finally got my Wii set up again (i almost lost it ~ i took the batteries out of the remote, but forgot to take them out of the board you stand on and they had corroded! I finally got all the corrosion off and new batteries in!) I used it for 25 minutes this evening. It was harder than i remember ~ i am no spring chicken. But when i used it before, i did lose weight. I got down to 170; then my son passed away, and i had to have foot surgery, and i have never been able to use it, or get down to that weight since. So, i am hoping using it again (faithfully, which i did before) will help me lose weight again. I still have pain in my foot (surgery went badly), so can't be as vigorous as i was before, but at least i can do it again now. I'm thankful for that, and keeping pos itive thoughts that it will work!

Condolences for the loss of your son. You have been through so much. Time to take care of yourself. Be easy on the exercise. Take care.
