I made the most amazing lower sodium Lentil and Veggie soup to go with my dinner. 1 serving is 1 cup, has 118 Calories-30 from fat, 125 mg sodium. It was so good. I tried to enter it into my fat secret but it did not give me what I needed to be able to share it with you. I had it with baked chicken breast and California mix vegetables. Had yogurt for dessert. Yum
