I felt like I should have lost a pound by the way my jeans hung on me yesterday. I felt sore all weekend. I seem to go up then down farther than before. It may be water weight. I hope it is 5 lbs if water. My jeans are hanging off of me now.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You should focus on how your clothes fit and not on the scale, have a great day.

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Sore muscles means the muscles are retaining water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. It will go away.

This seems to happen every other week. I'm glad I have a belt. My jeans are hanging off of me.

My chest isn't so flabby now. My stomach is a bit tighter. Thanks for the support. Most of the advice helps.
