Finall feeling better yesterday and today so I was able to move about more and adhere better to my diet. Thank goodness it shows. I almost cried with joy when i saw the number on the scale and saw the weight loss. This is definetly proving to me that I can do it.
342.2 lb Lost so far: 77.8 lb.    Still to go: 182.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
