Uuggh! Those sea salted peanuts from Planters ... I really need to stop buying them because I seem to get more hand to mouth action when I start eating them and before I know it ... I've had too many! So ... I am not going to eat my pot roast ... maybe I will have that for breakfast tomorrow morning (I know it sounds strange to have pot roast for breakfast but ... it works!). I had a good day - information gathering went well ... I have a bit more to do there. Tomorrow I will put together a Business Development strategy/ action plan with steps/ dates and key performance indicators to measure how we are doing. I am learning so much ... and it's exciting!!! Have a good night all!

Try and get a food scale. You can weigh out how much you need to eat for your healthy fats that you need to consume each day. That way you don't over eat! :) good luck and keep it up!

The only way I can resist any bad foods is not bringing them home. If I don't see it in my pantry I cannot eat it! My perfectly fit boyfriend hates my new lifestyle- theres no junk in the house! (except frozen yogurt and dark chocolate) :)

Oh am I happy I cant eat peanuts anymore they really used to be my weakness until I got sick and landed in hospital for 11 days. I never thought to use a food scale to weigh my food thanks' lancemena.

I agree with brookeashleyandbaby. I bought some *healthy* potato chips (cooked in avocado oil vs. some industrial seed oil) and carefully weighted them into 3/4 oz. bags with the idea I could have one bag a day as a snack... I ate all the bags in just a few days (about 10 oz. total). After 3 separate efforts over a couple of weeks (I know I can do this!) I just gave-up - I can't buy them as I have no self-control.

Thank you all for your support and advice. I have a food scale but the best thing is probably the peanuts away for now. :( They are too addicting. Its ok for me to eat nuts ... they are lowcarb .... but not the way i scarfed back three servings. I am giving them a break.
