NICE!!! Congratulations! That's quite an accomplishment. 116 pounds! Nice job. I was pretty pumped when I went from Morbidly Obese to just plain-old "Obese". Still there...but getting close to "Overweight". Hopefully, I'm right behind you!!! Way to go.

Rosebudmontana, 4 things: Eat healthy, Exercise, Drink lots of water, and get plenty of sleep. I try to eat as healthy as I can. I exercise every day. And as I have lost weight I have adjusted my exercises so that my body keeps being challenged and pushed. I drink at least a gallon of water a day, and two cups of green tea. And go to bed by 9am and I'm up at 5am. And don't give up!

Woah, that's insane. Nice work. I just recently hit the normal weight range myself. xD Despite feeling and sometimes looking overweight still. These things often don't take muscle into account.
