No loss this week. The scale is right between 229 and 230 so imma be honest with myself and register it as 230. I'm not sweating it though, I look and feel 1000x better and people are noticing ive lost some weight and ive been able to pull clothes outta the closet that I haven't used in a while. So that's a victory for me no matter what the scale says. I've decided to get picky with what i cook and buy now so more fresh and less frozen is my goal. Still struggling to get my 60 fl oz of water a day. I plan to buy a little jug this week that measures it out for me. I used to have one and it worked great. MY whole family is on board with me however my husband doesn't always eat low carb he supports me all the way. My son is gun ho and even had me pack his lunch this week. He is a senior in high school so its not a big deal and his friends are even a little jealous of his lunches. Mini goal for the week is more water and green leafy veggies, 10k a day and log every thing bc last week i got lazy . CHEERS to everyone. Hope you have a great day.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yup - stick with your plan - the scale is not the best measure of your success.
